Quick Tips!

If you haven’t already start using the 5 things below to help keep yourself secure! Make it you goal this year to stay out of the hands of cyber criminals!

Strong Passwords: Create and use strong, unique passwords for each online account. (I personally use 1Password as a password manager, they have been the most secure and have had little data breaches)

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): Enable 2FA to add an extra layer of security to your accounts.(Also 1Password is so helpful for 2FA)

Verify Communications: Verify the legitimacy of emails and messages before clicking on links or sharing sensitive information.

Keep Software Updated: Regularly update your operating system, antivirus software, and applications. Enable auto updates

Secure Wi-Fi Network: Strengthen your home Wi-Fi security with a strong password and encryption. If your WIFI network still has default credentials, I hate to tell you but they are usually listed online and attackers can easily figure it out.

By prioritizing these key measures, you can significantly enhance your online security and reduce the risk of falling victim to cyber threats.
